This activity begins by paddling down a calm, crystal clear river to the more private sauna area. The boats are available to you throughout
the activity. You can easily go back and forth from relaxing in the sauna to exploring the river

After paddling down to the beach, you can put on your sauna hat and go enjoy the relaxing cypress steam Finnish sauna. The refreshing river water is available for you to swim in between sauna sessions.
niyodo roasted coffee
Refreshments such as water, a selection of organic herb tea and Niyodo roasted coffee are offered as soon as you go in the sauna. This coffee is roasted especially for us and we make it with the best equipment. I am certain you will love it as much as we do.
